Minnesota legislators have negotiated a back-room “Data Center Bill” to provide incentives for the richest corporations in the world to build hyper-scale data centers in our state with little regulatory oversight.

Join us Monday, June 9th at 9AM on the front steps of the Minnesota Capitol as the special session starts to make it clear that we oppose these corporate handouts, tax breaks for billionaires, environmental review exemptions & that we need a strong regulatory framework in place to protect our communities from the damaging harms of these facilities.
