Subject line: THANK YOU & Follow up HF 1012
Dear Chair Fischer and Committee Members,
Thank you for the HF1012 hearing. To underscore the need for HF1012 to move forward, please find attached motorized trail maps.
They show very clearly the significant fragmentation and habitat degradation of our public lands and why the common sense measures in HF1012 are so urgently needed.
Please include HF1012 in the Environment Committee’s Omnibus Finance Bill, a proposal that will unify state policy on trail signage and preserve our public lands.
Sincerely
[your name here]

Data Centers: Thursday at 1:00 PM
Attend and Support. HF3007 (Fischer) Evaluation and permitting of projects requiring large water appropriations provided. The bill will be heard at 1 pm in the House Environment Committee at Capitol G3. Please show up wearing your DFLEC pin to show your support for this bill. It would also be helpful to write or call the committee members to ask for their support of HF 3007.
The bill is a companion to HF HF2928 (Acomb) - that was heard on Tuesday in the House Energy Committee, also dealing with data centers. Both bills are needed to protect our groundwater, to protect the stability and resiliency of our energy grid, and to ensure that we meet our carbon free by 2040 goal while protecting consumers.

CALLS TO CONGRESS TO SUPPORT WORKER’S RIGHTS!
AFL-CIO: The House now has a bipartisan bill to overturn the Trump administration's anti-worker, anti-union executive order stripping the right to organize from hundreds of thousands of federal workers.
We are asking everyone who cares about the freedom to join a union to call their member of Congress right now and tell them to support the Protect America's Workforce Act: 844-896-5059
